Grapevine 7, Inc. is a family of RV Parks and one Manufactured Home Community. Our locations extend from eastern Oregon, to Idaho’s mountains and valleys, and down to the southern Arizona desert. G7 began with a single investment in a manufactured home community that quickly turned into a search for more such opportunities. In that search, our founder began this family owned and operated business by pursuing the things he loved: the warm winters in the Arizona sun, and the mild summers of scenic Idaho.
By developing RV Parks in both regions, Wayne Freedman Sr. and his wife Melva, were able to enjoy the best of both worlds via the RV lifestyle, and make friends with whom he could travel north and south.
Origin of Our Name
From his vision, G7 has developed some of the nicest and most RV friendly parks in their respective regions. Wayne and Melva are no longer with us, but their children and grandchildren continue the RV park adventure they began. Providing a great RV experience is our number one goal. We know that nice facilities alone don’t accomplish that. It also takes great people with a love for RVing and for hospitality to do the job of serving our guests.
